私が初めて繊維業界に足を踏み入れたのは、30歳を過ぎたころでした。
他業界から飛び込んだ私は、商流や加工分類の多さに圧倒され、その複雑さに驚き、目の前に立ちはだかる数多の課題に戸惑うことばかりでした。
それらを乗り越えられたのは、創業者や創業から支えてくれているメンバー、お取引先様、パートナーの皆様など、諸先輩方の支えであり、教えでした。
彼らの経験や知識に触れ、繊維業界の奥深さを実感することで、この業界の本質的な価値と、吉田商事の存在意義に気づくことができました。
繊維業界の多様性や奥深さとは、単なるモノの流れではなく、人と人の繋がりが織りなす文化そのものです。

When I first stepped into the textile industry, I was already in my thirties. Coming from a completely different field, I was overwhelmed by the complexity of distribution channels and processing classifications. The industry’s intricacies surprised me, and I often found myself struggling with the many challenges before me.
What helped me overcome these hurdles were the support and guidance of our founder, the dedicated team members who have been with us since the company's inception, and our valued business partners. Their experience and knowledge deepened my appreciation for the textile industry's profound depth, allowing me to realize its true value and the significance of Yoshida Shoji’s role within it.
The diversity and depth of the textile industry are not merely about the flow of materials but represent a culture woven through human connections. It is built on a foundation of trust and achievements accumulated over many years. That is why, in this industry, we believe that what is truly required is not just knowledge and technical expertise but also sincerity and adaptability.
